I realize that comfort zones  don’t keep you safe, they just keep you small.

Having the strength to bounce back was the bravest most necessary thing that I’ve ever had to do, and I’m so grateful that with God’s Grace I was able to do it twice!

What most of you don’t know about me is that at the age of 33 I underwent two brain surgeries and had a stroke.

I didn’t know how I was going to run my business or take care of my family.

But I did know that I wasn’t going to wallow in pity. Instead I adopted gratitude as a life strategy.
